7. Chill 2-3 (chopped)

8. Cool 1 tsp

9. Coriander powder 1 tsp

10. Garam masala  1/2 tsp

11. Yellow 1/2 tsp

12. Salt to taste

13. Oil  3 tbsp

14. Fresh Coriander For Garnish

Method of making Crab Curry

1. Clean the crabs

 First, wash the crabs and remove the gills and other impurities.

2. Heat oil in a frying pan

 Heat oil in a large frying pan. Add cumin seeds and fry the onion until golden brown.

3. Roast the spices

 Add the garlic and ginger pastes to the pan and saute until the masala is fragrant. Add green chillies and mix well.

4. Add tomatoes and masala powder

 Add tomatoes and cook until tender. Add chillies, turmeric, coriander powder and garam masala.

5. PUT THE STICKS

 Add the sticks to the pan and mix well with the spice mixture. After frying for 5-7 minutes, add coconut milk and mix.

6. Cook on low heat

 Close the saucepan and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes. After the vegetables are cooked well, add coriander and mix.
