Lassai (Sweet & Salt) : Lassi is a popular Indian drink. Yogurt is the second drink. Lassi is mainly used in North India and the Punjab region. It is served cold and is a popular energy and refreshing drink in the summer.
Varieties of Lassi
1.Simple Lassi
It is prepared by mixing butter, sugar and a little butter. It has a natural taste.
2. Sweet Lassi;
This lassi made with sugar or honey is also called sweet lassi. Its taste is sweet.
3. Curd and Sal Lassi;
It is also known as butter. Add salt and various other spices. It is very tasty and refreshes the body.
4. Fruit Lassi;
It is made from fruit peel or fruit juice. Fruits like mango, pineapple or red berries are added to make this lassi.
5. Musa Lassi;
It is prepared by mixing banana, yogurt and sugar. It is filling and a good choice for breakfast in the morning.
6. Masala Lassi;
Salt, cumin powder and other spices are added to it. It is slightly sweet and spicy.

Lassai (Sweet & Salt) is a popular Indian drink and has been around for 500 years. It is made from honey, or sugar and butter. Lassi can be made in different types: regular lassi, sweet lassi, fruit lassi and other varieties.
Make an easy journey for the weary
Required Ingredients:
Curd – 2 cups
Sugar – 4 teaspoons or as per taste
Vanilla extract – 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
Butter – 1 tbsp (optional)
Milk – 1/2 cup (optional, so that the lassi melts less)
Jaggery pieces – decorated
Bites – 2-3 pieces or as desired
process Lassai (Sweet & Salt)
1. Add the butter and sugar to a bowl and mix well. Mix until the sugar is completely dissolved.
2. Combine vanilla extract (optional), butter (optional) and milk and mix again.
3. Add the milk mixture, you can increase or decrease the amount of milk to make the lassi thicker or waterier.
4. Mix this mixture well for 5-6 minutes so that it is smooth.
5. Pour the lassi into a glass and garnish with a piece of jaggery and morph.
6. Serve cold.
If you want to make fruit lassi, add honey, mango pieces, fruits or nuts to it.
On hot summer days, let them cool in the refrigerator before serving cold.
