  11. Ginger and garlic paste 2 tbsp
  12. Green chillies 4 (chopped)
  13. Coriander powder 2 tsp
  14. Cumin powder 1 tsp
  15. Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  16. Biryani Masala 1 tsp
  17. Chilli powder 1 tsp (as per taste)
  18. Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
  19. Salt to taste
  20. 1/2 cup butter
  21. If water is required
  22. Coriander to garnish

How to make Mutton Kosha Recipe

  1. Marinate the lamb:

First, take a piece of brio and place it in a large bowl.Add turmeric and salt to the butter and mix well.Apply this mixture on the egg pieces and marinate for 1 hour. It makes it sweet and smooth.

  1. Preparation of Masala Cake:
