- Curry leaves 1/2 cup
- 4 onions (chopped)
- Onion paste 2 tbsp
- Ginger and garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Green chillies 4 (chopped)
- Coriander powder 2 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Biryani Masala 1 tsp
- Chilli powder 1 tsp (as per taste)
- Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup butter
- If water is required
- Coriander to garnish
How to make Mutton Kosha Recipe
- Marinate the lamb:
First, take a piece of brio and place it in a large bowl.Add turmeric and salt to the butter and mix well.Apply this mixture on the egg pieces and marinate for 1 hour. It makes it sweet and smooth.
- Preparation of Masala Cake:
In a small jar add onion powder, ginger garlic powder, green chillies, coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder and chilli powder and grind and mix. This masala paste gives veravesina kosha its unique taste.
- Cook the lamb:
