Making Veg Pulao Recipe
1. Prepare the rice
First wash basmati rice and soak for 30 minutes. This helps the rice to become dry and soft.
2. Roasted vegetables
Heat oil or ghee in a large frying pan.
3. Add the herbs
Once the onion turns brown, add the cool green vegetables and curry leaves to it. Add carrot, beans, peas, capsicum, black pepper pieces and reduce the flame for 5-7 minutes.
